A coach is a facilitator of learning. From a mind-body perspective of wellness, health is seen as the harmonious interaction between the physical and mental. To feel safe in one’s body is often challenging when external messages, expectations, and events have damaged that intrapersonal relationship. Healthy Synergy, LLC aims to support individuals in finding internal safety through trauma-informed movement and physical activity.

As a NASM-certified personal trainer Dr. Murphy utilizes evidenced-based assessment to design a customized training program just for you. She strives to support you in feeling better and living healthier. Utilizing the OPT-model she will create a systemized and periodized program to help you reach your goals. Research has proven that exercise aids in physical and emotional health so let's get moving!

Your personal training experience will include:

  • ​​-A personal fitness assessment examining cardiorespiratory strength, upper and lower strength, agility and muscle movement

  • -A customized training program aimed at your specific level of fitness

  • -SMART goals both for your immediate and future fitness needs

  • -50-minute sessions comprised of flexibility, plyometric, cardio and resistance training all 1:1

  • -On-going support throughout your fitness journey!

Mindful Movement


Oftentimes we feel our best united in a common goal with our peers. There is simply something to be said about working together and creating change. Combining basic psychoeducation with physical fitness my groups will allow you to challenge old habits and create a new direction in your life.

Group will be comprised of:

  • An educational topic for discussion

  • A moderate-intensity workout aimed at having fun and burning calories 

  • A cool down for reflection and relaxation

  • 75-minutes of total body attention!

Educational topics:

  • Changing negative thinking

  • Stress management

  • Sleep hygiene

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Self-esteem

  • and more!
