—Ralph Waldo Emerson

Hi y'all! As a therapist, I provide a non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. Whether you're going through a challenging period in life or you seek self-exploration, I will collaborate with you to identify goals that align with who you are, where you currently are in life, and where you want to go. My aim is to help you live more authentically by removing obstacles that may be holding you back and gaining insight into your own unique brand of living.

I want to empower you to connect with yourself at a pace that feels comfortable while also encouraging you to ask hard questions. It's important for me to consider the context in which life unfolds and to reflect on the systems in which we operate. I believe increasing self-awareness and self-compassion helps reduce unwanted patterns and foster change.

I'm endlessly fascinated by the varying perspectives people share, the connections we forge, and how tapping into our intuition can provide comfort. As humans, we are meaning makers and there is a huge amount of power in the stories we tell ourselves. My job is to help guide you through these stories to better understand what works for you. I believe that building a strong relationship with yourself will lead to changes that allow you to live more expansively. Our minds and bodies are endlessly adaptive and we all have it within ourselves to heal and live authentically. We all contain a multitude of identities and relationships that create our individual experience. By taking time to process our experience, I believe we create more space to live fully in a way that aligns with our personal values while also accepting the inevitable contradictions in life.

Finding a therapist can be a big undertaking. Being vulnerable is hard for a reason and reaching out to a stranger isn't easy. It's humbling to have the privilege of assisting clients along their personal path. I look forward to working with teens, families, couples, moresomes, and adults of all ages. I earned an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Southern California and am currently working toward my Masters in Counseling at Arizona State University. While practicing at Healthy Synergy, I am under the direct supervision of Jessica Fletcher, MC, LPC, CCTS, TCYM.
