Call me Lexi! To me, therapy is a place to explore yourself and the world around you. I view the complexities of life as integral parts of one’s self-being: we are who we are in part because of the world around us. I view therapy as a place to be able to evaluate the parts of oneself and how they affect the whole person, while integrating the outside parts that affect us as well. My style is an integrative approach that meets the person where they’re at with authenticity and helps build their perseverance. I believe everyone has a story to be told, and with me, you can let your story be told as loud as you desire.
I first received my Associate of Arts in Psychology at Coconino Community College, and I then received my Bachelor’s of Science in Psychological Sciences with a Clinical/Health emphasis, with a minor in Sociology, from Northern Arizona University. Now, I am currently receiving my Master’s of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from NAU’s North Valley Campus. My previous experience in the Mental Health Field has been focused more on community mental health, primarily focusing on LGBTQ+ populations, Person’s with Disabilities, and Indigenous populations. My values highlight everyone being able to receive adequate mental health care, and I take an effort in the community to help lessen the disparity.
I am currently a Pre-Licensed Professional with a Bachelor of Science. I am currently working under the direct supervision of Jessica Fletcher, MC, LPC, CCTS, TCYM. I am a graduate student in the Master of Arts Clinical Mental Health program at NAU, working toward licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor.
