Chloe Maleski is a dual-trained mental health therapist and certified mental performance consultant passionate about helping individuals reconnect with themselves, their bodies, and their potential. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and strength-based approaches, she supports clients in navigating challenges related to identity, motivation, performance, and self-worth. Her work centers around cultivating clarity, confidence, and sustainable change — whether in therapy, on the field, or in the weight room.

As a former Division I athlete at Duke University, certified fitness professional, and HYROX World Qualifier, Chloe brings lived experience to her holistic approach, blending the mind-body connection with evidence-based strategies. She specializes in working with adolescents, young adults, athletes, and high performers navigating transitions, injury, burnout, perfectionism, and performance anxiety. She also provides affirming care for LGBTQ+ individuals, BIPOC clients, and those navigating chronic stress or trauma.

Chloe has worked with individuals, teams, and organizations at the high school, collegiate, and professional levels — including clients in the NFL, NBA, NCAA, and corporate leadership. She believes that healing and growth happen in safe, connected spaces and strives to meet each client with compassion, curiosity, and courage.
Chloe holds a Master’s in Social Work from Arizona State University, a Master’s in Psychology, and is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology. She is working towards her independent licensure under the supervision of Dr. Sophia Murphy, DBH, LPC, CPT, SXI. She is also a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBHWC) and founder of GroWithClo, a mental performance and wellness brand grounded in science and soul.
In addition to clinical work, Chloe is passionate about teaching and mentoring the next generation of mental health and performance professionals. She has delivered over 150 live workshops on topics ranging from motivation and emotional regulation to leadership and communication. Whether through individual work, team support, or large-group education, her mission is to help people feel more seen, supported, and strong from the inside out.
