Welcome, I’m glad you’re here! You don’t have to have it all together. I strive to create a space where you feel truly seen and heard, where the mask can come off and you can show up as your authentic self. I view therapy as a collaborative process built on safety, trust and authenticity. I value holding space for individuals as they explore their core wounds and understand the root of what they’re facing. My approach is grounded in a strength-based, person-centered framework, while integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support meaningful, lasting change. I will meet you with compassion and empathy as we navigate life’s challenges at your pace.

I have over nine years of experience in the behavioral health field and have worked across a variety of settings including community mental health, crisis and inpatient care, and integrated behavioral health. I take a holistic approach, recognizing that healing involves the mind and body! I have supported adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief. I also hold a certification in Compassionate Bereavement Care through the MISS Foundation. I am passionate about working with diverse and marginalized populations and my goal is to provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.  I am committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive space for all individuals, including those from BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners, and I hold a Master of Social Work from North Carolina State University. In addition to my clinical work, I serve as a clinical supervisor and am passionate about supporting individuals as they develop their clinical skills, confidence, and overall professional identity. My supervision style is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping individuals grow into ethical and effective providers.
